For all of us—young children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults—emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges are never isolated. They emerge within relationships, systems, and life stages, and reflect individual differences, lived experience, and context.
My work supports children, adolescents, adults, parents, caregivers, and professionals in understanding what is happening beneath the surface from an integrated, interdisciplinary perspective. I provide consultation, collaborative support and training, and therapy focused on responding with clarity, compassion, and effectiveness—particularly for individuals who are neurodiverse, have learning or sensory differences, or are navigating developmental, emotional, physical, or behavioral challenges across the lifespan.
Central to this work is a strong emphasis on parent, caregiver, provider, and individual wellbeing, recognizing that sustainable change, healthy development, and effective systems of care are rooted in the capacity of adults to feel supported, reflective, and resourced.
