We all come with our individual differences, strengths, areas for growth, and our style of relating. We have different temperaments and ways in which we take in the world (our sensory systems). Then, there are our relationships, histories, and lived experiences. Combined, these make us who we are, shape our perspectives, how we relate, and function in our everyday lives.  As a relationship-based psychologist with decades of experience working with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds and family configurations, my goal is for us to develop a safe space and relationship so you may explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences in contexts that are specifically meaningful to you. Growth and positive change look different for each person, and our aim will be to honor and support this.
