I provide integrative psychotherapy for adults across the lifespan, navigating life transitions, relational issues and stress, caregiving demands, professional burnout, health challenges, or longstanding emotional patterns.

My approach is relational, developmentally informed, and culturally and trauma-aware, drawing from clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and reflective practice. Therapy focuses on understanding what lies beneath the surface—how developmental history, relationships, neurobiology, and current context shape emotional and relational experiences. Particular attention is given to the body-mind connection and individual differences in regulation and stress.

Therapy is collaborative and paced to your needs. Together, we build insight, strengthen emotional and relational capacity, and develop responses that feel more intentional, compassionate, and aligned with your values.
