Mental Health Consultation for Parents and Caregivers
Raising children, adolescents, and young adults can be deeply meaningful and uniquely challenging, particularly when a child is neurodiverse, has learning or sensory differences, or is navigating complex developmental transitions. My integrated, relationship-based consultation work supports parents and caregivers in understanding and responding to their child’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs while strengthening the relationships that are foundational to wellbeing.
I work collaboratively with families to make sense of complex behaviors, emotional patterns, school-related concerns, and relational dynamics within the broader context of development and lived experience. My approach is developmentally informed, trauma-aware, and grounded in the belief that children thrive within relationships that feel safe, attuned, and responsive—while also honoring the central importance of parent and caregiver wellbeing.
Together, we focus on building insight, increasing confidence, and identifying practical, values-aligned strategies that support both the child and the family system.

· Neurodiversity, learning differences, and sensory processing challenges
